StockCount is an offline inventory app for shops. Your business, products, stock, bills, and settings are stored only on this phone.
What we store on the device
The app keeps shop data on this phone: businesses, locations, categories, products, stock movements, stock counts, invoices, and app settings (language, theme, date format, PIN if you turn it on, and Pro unlock status).
We do not create an account for you. This app does not send your inventory, bills, or PIN to our servers. There is no cloud backup in this version.
Camera
The camera is used only when you scan a barcode, and only on this device. Barcode images are not uploaded.
Notifications
If you turn on low-stock reminders, the app can show a local notification on this phone. That reminder is generated on the device and is not sent to us.
Purchases
If you buy StockCount Pro, Google Play processes the payment. Google may collect purchase data under Google’s policies. We receive confirmation that Pro was bought so we can unlock it on this phone.
Files you export or restore
CSV files, bill shares, and shop backup files are created on this phone. If you share them, they leave the app under the app you choose (for example email or Drive). If you restore a backup, it replaces the current shop data on this phone.
Deleting your data
You can delete all StockCount data by uninstalling the app. Clearing the app storage in Android settings also removes local shop data.
